Zoey's Birthday!!!!

Today Zoey is 4 years old. Our remarkable "chief of staff" was born in the wilds of upstate New York. We specifically sought her after meeting her first sister, the late "Flower"; who was also a patient here. Transplanted to Ct she is the matriarch of our canine family.
Zoey is assisted by her genetic sister Addie, aka the "Pink Panther" in her daily duties.

Both girls are amazing athletes, admittedly they have to work hard to keep their brother Murphy out of trouble. He's a handful, but also a real work in progress. They look out for their "little" brother Buddy John as well.

Happy New Year! to you and your pets

As we turn the new year and make our resolutions, let's not forget the the pet's in our lives. Made a resolution to eat healthy and be more fit this year? Make a plan to be more active with your favorite friend. Getting them included in your fitness routine is a great way to keep a pet healthy, as well as building the bond between you. See to it that Woofy or Meowy is healthy and up to date on vaccinations too.

Make it a healthy new year :)

Cold weather is coming!

Is your pet ready for the wintery weather? Try to keep your pet in an adequately heated space in the house. Also throw down a blanket for them to lay on if they don't have a place already. When letting your pet back in from a frolic in the cold snow, remember to clean off their paws really well as snow and ice can get trapped between the paws. A wipe down with a towel will help thier coat to dry faster. A clean, warm pet is a happy pet!
